Went to swim camp this summer for the first time . This was not a good experience. First of all I had filled out all the health forms on line, but they made me do it again because there was some glitch. I did and ended up missing part of the camp to do so. I would say over the 4 days of camp we spent 70% of each pool session OUT of the water. That's right! We were out of the water meditating and listening to videos. Coach Baker is a hypocrite. He told us about good nutrition but served us potato chips and fatty foods for lunch! Meanwhile he ate a nutritious meal. I felt like I was robbed. I will not return

Don't usually write negative reviews, but this camp was awful. Disappointed. Head Coach Nick Baker was a moody person that periodically screamed at coaches and swimmers alike. Surprised that Nike sponsors this.

I found this to be one of the most overpriced camp in the industry. Most of the camp was spent out of the water watching videos and talking. Someone is making a lot of money on this scam. I will not return.
